EasyExam provides a browser extension designed to assist users with online examinations and educational activities. The Service is intended for educational purposes and to help users understand complex concepts and improve their academic performance.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

3.2 Service Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or ancillary services needed to connect to or access the Service, including, without limitation, hardware, software, and internet connection. You are responsible for ensuring that such equipment or ancillary services are compatible with the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

5. Payments and Billing

The Service offers subscription plans with different features and limitations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees as described at the time of your purchase.

5.1 Subscription Terms

The subscription fee will be billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

5.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

5.3 Payment Methods

We use third-party payment processors to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these payment processors in addition to these Terms.

5.4 Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which we will charge as appropriate.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BTW MAXPROFIT LTD and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BTW MAXPROFIT LTD.

7.1 User Content

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us this license.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to us all rights in such Feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such Feedback in any manner we deem appropriate.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• To engage in academic dishonesty, including cheating on exams where use of external assistance is explicitly prohibited
• To violate the terms of service or academic integrity policies of educational institutions or exam platforms
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend us or users of the Service or expose them to liability
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service
• To attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack
• To otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BTW MAXPROFIT LTD and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

BTW MAXPROFIT LTD does not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BTW MAXPROFIT LTD, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BTW MAXPROFIT LTD and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (i) your use and access of the Service, (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms, (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right, or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in Cyprus, in the English language, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
